Okay, the “run” was really run/walk. Man, I’m still so freakin’ out of shape. Did I mention I’m starting a martial arts class tomorrow? Let’s just count the ways that will kick my ass. (although, on the bright side - it got my butt outside on this unbelievably gorgeous day in one last ditch attempt to build up a bit of stamina before tomorrow).

Calibration Issues
Checked my mileage against the GPS data for the last week because whenever I move the footpod to a new pair of shoes, there’s a chance it needs recalibrating.
Finding it’s calibrated correctly for running, but coming out too low for walking (my 3.6 mile walk this morning only came through as 3.2). Must keep an eye on….

But when I got outside a walk seemed so… dull, so instead of turning right as I normally do, I turned left and proceeded to take the road I never take because it’s crazy hilly like nobody’s business:
